By accessing or using Jahzly ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Jahzly is an AI-powered website builder that generates professional landing pages for small businesses using Google Maps data, reviews, and photos. The Service supports Arabic and English content and produces RTL-compatible pages.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent business information
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the Service's underlying systems
• Use the Service to create content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

Your content:

You retain ownership of any business information, logos, or materials you provide. By submitting content, you grant Jahzly a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Our content:

The AI-generated copy, design templates, and platform code are owned by Jahzly and its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them outside of your published landing page.

The Service uses Google Maps data and business reviews retrieved via third-party data providers. Availability and accuracy of this data depend on external sources beyond our control. Jahzly does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of imported business data.

Jahzly offers free and pro subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are issued at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon termination, your published pages may be taken offline.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Jahzly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI-generated content will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jahzly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
